1971
- The Hatteland Group was set up as a distributor of electronic components, by Jakob Hatteland
1991-1995
- Offices set up in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the Baltic States. Throughout the1990s the Hatteland Group grew in the Nordic countries and in the Baltic States through strong organic growth and strategic acquisitions
1995
- The group was restructured and gained the following areas of activity:
- The JHE Group, distributor of electronic components in the Nordic countries and in the Baltic States
- Jakob Hatteland Data, distributor of data products in Norway and Sweden
- Jakob Hatteland Instrument AS, sales and production of industrial displays to maritime and industrial environments (later Jakob Hatteland Display AS).
- Jakob Hatteland Computer AS, sales and operation of the group's ERP RamBase system
1996
- The AutoStore concept is developed; the Hatteland Group patents the idea throughout the world
1997
- Fusion of Jakob Hatteland Data AS and Codelco AS. Hattelco AS is created with an owner's share of 50% for the Hatteland Group
2000
- The Hatteland Group sells the JHE Group to American distributor Arrow Electronics Inc
2002
- The Hatteland Group enters into an agreement with Arrow Electronics Inc. about using RamBase in Arrow’s Northern European organisation
2004
- Kommunikasjonshuset AS is purchased and Jakob Hatteland Solutions AS is started up, with a focus on ASP, consultancy services and operation as a separate area of activity
- The Hatteland Group buys up to 95% of the shares in Hattelco AS
2005
- RamBase Internet Client is launched. Internet based ERP solution
- Kjøp av More Communication AS. Selskap som har utviklet en nettbasert HMS løsning. Løsningen blir nå videreutviklet og solgt gjennom Hatteland Computer
2006
- Netpartner AS in Åndalsnes is purchased. ICT company with a focus on ASP
- Majority share of Hipercom AS is purchased (name later changed to Jakob Hatteland Networks AS). Company that sells communication (lines) to the corporate market
2007
- Exinet AS and Exinet ADB AS in Karmøy are purchased. ICT company with a focus on ASP, ADB consultant and Web development
- Sale of the JHD Group to Ferd.
2008
- Purchase of IKT Tjenester AS in Bergen. ICT company with a focus on consultancy, operation and ASP
